b) se for o caso, inclui no bloglines, porque o site é ótimo e vc quer saber quando ele foi atualizado.
c) posta no blog, porque ele merece um comentário ou algo que o valha.
d) Todas as anteriores.
e) Todas as anteriores e ainda publica o link em mais uns tantos lugares.
